Biography - Rogač Milivoje

Milivoje Rogač was born on 22. November 1982  in Nikšić. He finished Primary and Secondary school in Kazanj, Russian Federation.

He enrolled the Faculty of Civil Engineering University of Montenegro in 1999, and he graduated in October 2005 at the structural department with the average mark during the studies 9.19.

He enrolled postgraduate master studies in 2006, at the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Podgorica – Structural department. He defended master thesis on 11. December  2007  under the title “Analysis of load and design of structure according to Eurocode 1 and Eurocode 3 at the example of an industrial hall”.

He defended doctoral dissertation under the title "Theoretical and experimental researches of stability problem of thin-walled I-girders subjected to patch loading", on 23. November 2015, at the Faculty of Civil Engineering University of Montenegro.

He employed at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, University of Montenegro on 01. November 2006.

Since his employment to the appointment as an assistant professor he worked as a teaching assistant for the groups of courses from the area Constructional mechanics and theory of structures.

By the decision of Senate of University of Montenegro, no. 03-1206, from 04.05.2017., he was elected to the academic title: Assistant Professor of University of Montenegro for the area Constructional mechanics and theory of structures at the Faculty of Civil Engineering and at no-home faculties.

2016-2017 he was an Acting Vice Dean and for Education at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, University of Montenegro.

2017-2019 he was a Vice Dean for Education at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, University of Montenegro.

2016-2019 he was a Head of the Laboratory for testing construction materials and structures at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, University of Montenegro.

2017-2019 he was President of the Commission for Master Studies at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, University of Montenegro.

2017-2019 he was a Representative of the Faculty of Civil Engineering in the Council of Technical and Natural Sciences of the University of Montenegro.

He can speak Russian and English fluently.

He is married with the wife Dragana with whom he has a daughter Mila.
