Roundtable held: Peace as a Fundamental Social Value

At the Faculty of Political Sciences of the University of Montenegro, as part of the celebration of the jubilee 50 years of the University of Montenegros existence, work, and development, a roundtable titled "Peace as a Fundamental Social Value" was held on Tuesday, April 2nd of the current year, starting at 11 AM.

The roundtable was opened by Professor Dr. Milan Marković (Peace as a Constitutional-Legal and Factual Value), Dean of the Faculty of Political Sciences of the University of Montenegro. In addition to the introductory words by Dean Marković, presentations were given by Academician Professor Dr. Šerbo Rastoder (Is Peace an Excess or a Constant in the History of Humanity), Professor Dr. Čedomir Čupić (Paradoxes of Peace), Professor Dr. Nezuk Ćurak, Corresponding Member of the ANUBIH (Peace and the Culture of Memory), Professor Dr. Nebojša Vučinić (Pacem in Terris – Peace on Earth by Pope John XXIII), Professor Dr. Sonja Tomović Šundić (Kants Idea of World Peace), Professor Dr. Nikola Milović (Peace and Economics), Professor Dr. Boris Vukićević (Defense and Promotion of Peace as a Principle of the Holy Sees Diplomacy), Professor Dr. Nataša Ružić (The Level of Violation of Ethical Standards in Reporting on Malevolent Crises on the Example of Pulitzer Prize Winners), Professor Dr. Vesna Simović-Zvicer (Peace and Social Justice), Professor Dr. Danijela Vuković-Ćalasan (Ethnocultural Pluralism, Peace, and Contemporary Democracies) and Professor Dr. Srđan Darmanović (Authoritarian Regimes and Conflicts).
