The purpose of the concert and its excellent program is to assemble various kinds of musical creations and interpretation as well as creating an atmosphere for exchange and communication within music community in Cetinje and, at the same time, in Montenegrin music life. All parts of musical tradition are included, from interpretation of music from Montenegrin court to modern Montenegrin music.

With powerful influence on general situation in Montenegrin music scene, the concerts of art music, music of Montenegrin heritage indicate rise and developing of its direct and indirect influence on public and cultural life in Montenegro.

The program is conceived as the concert of highest artistic range which carefully cherish quality and peculiarity of interpretation. Its importance is complex and considers its significance for the academies in Cetinje and interaction with local community, as well as the interaction with the world. The concert and the  program of Music Academy represents more profound and quality way to approach the affirmation of culture and art, as well as the contribution to cultural heritage and modern art performing practice.
