Final Ranking: Sustainable Development 2022/23

Candidates who have acquired the right to enroll can do so until November 10, 2022, at 2 p.m., in the office of the Center for Doctoral Studies in the Rectorate building of the University of Montenegro.

If a candidate who has achieved the right to enroll does not enroll within the specified period, he loses that right (Article 25 of the Rules of Doctoral Studies of the University of Montenegro, UCG Bulletin No. 513/2020; BULLETIN 513 XI.pdf (ucg.ac.me)).

For registration, it is necessary to submit:

1/ index (buy in a bookstore; write the appropriate information on the first page);

2/ two application forms (buy in a bookstore; fill in the appropriate information);

3/ two photos measuring 4cm x 6cm (stick one photo in the index and the other on the application form).

4/ proof of payment of the first installment of school fees in the amount of 750 euros

Payments are made to account number 510-101196-62, CKB bank, with the addressee: University of Montenegro - Doctoral studies Candidates who acquired the right to enroll with a foreign educational document (i.e. a diploma of masters, masters or integrated studies, worth 300 ECTS, which was not obtained in Montenegro), acquired this right conditionally, until recognition of the foreign educational document of a previously completed cycle/degree /level of study (recognition for continuing education). In accordance with the Law on Recognition of Foreign Educational Documents and Equalization of Qualifications (Official Gazette of Montenegro, No. 57/2011 and 42/2016), the recognition of documents for the purpose of continuing education is performed by the appropriate educational institution where the education is to be continued, i.e. University of Montenegro. Therefore, it is necessary for candidates to apply to the Center for Doctoral Studies with a request for the recognition of a document, with a request and all necessary documentation according to the aforementioned law and the Rulebook on the content of the request form and the documentation submitted in the process of recognition of a foreign educational document (Official Gazette of Montenegro, no. 45/2016), no later than 14 November 2022.
