The meeting with French auditors for obtaining academic integrity certificate was held on February 18th 2019.  

This meeting was held within the Project ‘Reinforcement of Integrity and Fight against Corruption in Higher Education’ and process of institutional certification of the University of Montenegro in the field of ethics, prevention of fraud behaviour and plagiarism provided through *IRAFPA and supported by the Council of Europe.

The meeting was attended by the Rector of the University of Montenegro Danilo Nikolic, PhD, Vice-Rector Djurdjica Perovic, PhD, Vice-Rector Irena Orovic, PhD, Vice-Rector Boris Vukicevic, PhD, and Vice-Rector Natasa Kostic, PhD, Director of the Centre for Studies and Quality Control, Sanja Pekovic, PhD, representatives of faculty units and best students for a study 2018/2019 year.   

It was discussed about the process of certification of the University of Montenegro in the protection of academic integrity and fight against plagiarism as well as about the Project itself being a part of the Program ‘Horizontal Facility’ for the Western Balkans and Turkey.  

Certification in areas of academic integrity is issued by International Institute for Research and Action in the Field of Academic Integrity and Plagiarism working in a composition of the University of Geneva.  

Reinforcement of capacities of the University of Montenegro, strengthening academic integrity as well as contribution to improvement of quality of studies are the main goals which the University of Montenegro strives for.
