Aldijana Muratović was born in Niksic, where she finished elementary and high school.  She enrolled at the Faculty of Philosophy (Department of Physical Education) in 1999 and graduated in March 2004. In 2009 she enrolled in postgraduate - master studies at the Faculty for Sport and Physical Education in Niksic. In June 2011 she successfully defended her thesis entitled "Differences in the level of motor skills and indicators of situational efficiency at handball players in continental and Mediterranean region".
