Dentistry studies are integrated academic studies in the field of medical sciences, the discipline of dentistry.

By completing these studies, the student acquires the professional title -  Doctor of Dentistry.

20 students can be enrolled in this study program.

STUDY PROGRAM MISSION is   the education of health professionals - doctors of dentistry, qualified to treat diseases of the mouth, teeth and other structures of the orofacial region, as well as to take preventative measures and raise awareness among children and adults about oral health

Students of dentistry acquire knowledge in biological and preclinical sciences, medical subjects, dental subjects, social and general educational subjects.  Contemporary approach to dental studies meets the needs of increasingly demanding dental practice within health care framework, where the main goal is to educate a competent dentist who is able to:

• use the knowledge and practical skills to treat patients
• accept professional responsibility for safe and effective care of patients
• accept the necessity of continuous professional development and fulfill legal obligations

After completing the study program, students are trained for independent work in dental practice at the primary level of the health care in relation to prevention, epidemiological monitoring, diagnosing and treating diseases of the teeth and mouth, as well as for further professional development.
