Aims Understanding complex bank functioning in financial system and overall economy, based on the prerequisites of bank sustainability and risk management in bank business.
Learning outcomes After passing the exam, students will be able to analyse balance position of a bank, explain sustainability premises of a bank, explain the significance of strategic management and marketing in bank operations, compare bank position on financial markets compared to other financial institutions, rank bank brands, plan liquidity needs of a bank, classify functions, forms and programmes of bank capital, classify and analyse crucial bank risks, analyse the most important bank affairs according to a selected criterion.
